    shephards pie is great. tho generally made with lamb mince. technically a shepherds pie with beef mince is a cottage pie, probably because "cattle farmer pie" probably doesnt sound very good.

    only problem with it is the amount of potato and cheese on top. i guess you could substitute it out with sweet potato, but that would be gross :D

    Make sloppy joes or taco meat and then add to a baked potato with some cheese and light sour cream if you would like:bigsmile:

    So half is going to go to pasta... the other half will be for burritos and one of the guys is bringing grilled chicken...
