Hi folks,
I am trying to find out the nutritional information on yellow yams. I can't seem to find that information anywhere. It's much starchier than a regular potato but less sweet than a sweet potato.
Not sure how to calculate it. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help.

Thank you, I saw this too but I don't think they are the same.
The one I ate is called a "jamaican yam" but it's not the proper name for it. I found something on-line but it wasn't really clear. It said something like 360cals per 100g.. I think.
I'd much rather use your data so I can eat more of it! :flowerforyou:0 -
Bumping in case someone from the west indies can help! :flowerforyou:0
