Ok I am new to this and not real sure if it will work for me but it is interesting to see the calorie counter and how it works with what you eat and never knew you could burn so many calories just walking up and down stairs. I just had a birthday and would like to start the new year by loosing some weight. Maybe loosing the extra weight will help my back feel better. I was hit head on by a drunk driver almost 6 yrs ago and it messed up my back real bad. I spent the first 6 months after the accident in bed. No matter what I do now I get muscle spams in my back and they hurt so bad they take my breath away and I can't move. My thyroid is messed up and it has a growth on it that is wrapping around my windpipe. I go to the Dr on Tuesday (Jan 10th) to see what is going to be done about it. Maybe if they can get that fixed it will help me loose some weight. I am a stay at home mom and my husband and I just bought a house. It has some work that needs to be done and I have done a lot of painting so as soon as the weather gets warmer I will be working on it more often. Can only do so much out in the cold. The calorie thing is killing me though. I don't like to eat breakfast first thing in the morning so by the time I would eat breakfast it is lunch time. There is no way I can get all the calories in. I must start slow with just walking until after I meet with the Dr in a few days. Any suggestions???0
