I'm doing Jillian Micheals Making the Cut. Today's a day off the resistance training but should be my long cardio day. I ran 2 miles early this morning, burned 300 cals. BUT, I'm going out with hubby tonight and had wanted a really good calorie burn to offset the damage. But I'm really tired right now and don't want to go out for a run.:grumble: Is it terrible of me to wuss out today? I've just been feeling tired and un-motoivated the last 2 days. Help!!!

    You're probably already gone out now. I wouldn't worry about one day. You ran 2mi so it's not like you totally blew it off.
    I usually take both Sat and Sun as rest days. If I feel like taking a walk with my dog it's a bonus.
    Hope you had a nice evening out with DH.

    Thanks, everyone! I went to take a short nap after the post but kept thinking/dreaming about what encouragement I would get from mfp!! So, I got up and ran 2 miles outside for the first time this year!! It felt good- I have clearly increased my stamina this winter, so I focused on that positive thought instead of the disappointment in not getting a really high cardio burn for the day.!!:flowerforyou:
