Old and losing

I'm a 57, I want to lose about 75lbs. I would like to track my 1200 calories a day and my walking.
Its a long long road back to Thinland.

  • Hi Karen, you are SO not old lol. I am soon to be 46 and have a similar amount to lose on my journey. I am in the UK where it's a cold and damp January morning and I am having my first cuppa of the day. Mmmm tea....
