New to all this!

Hi! My name is Tammy and I am going to try and lose some weight AGAIN! I have been on every diet you can think of and HATE HATE HATE writing down what I eat! It seems too mundane however...I know I am going to be shocked when I realize how many calories I eat.

I have been fat all my life. I need to lose around 110 pounds. I am weighing in the morning and will put it on here.

Any suggestions...tips...advise?????

I am in Oregon.

    You can add me as a friend and I can help you out the best I can. The more active friends you have on here the easier it is. I know you dont like logging but it is one of the most important things to do in order to lose weight. You need to see how much calories, sugar, sodium and carbs in the food you eat. Once you get the hang of logging if you feel comfortable open your log to only friends are for the most part a lot of the people on here are very supportive and will help give you great advice.
