Foods for busy on the go?

I am able to eat healthy all week long since I am at home all day, and soon going back to school. On the weekends though, my boyfriend and I are often traveling to friend's or family homes and sometimes end up eating leftover pizza at our friends house and then eating pizza again the next day since we have little time to prepare a meal before meeting up with friends. I ended up eating very little pizza, but don't want my days to go like this. What are some healthy meals that I can make quickly to eat at home or on a drive?

Pack some tuna pouches with whole wheat bread, whole wheat tortillas, or whole wheat english muffins. You can also do a protien shake, pack some celery with peanut butter, or even make a lunch with some whole wheat bread, lean meat, and veggies. It just takes a little planning and dedication to your goal! You can indulge in some pizza from time-to-time, but every weekend may end up sabatoging you in the long run. High in fat and carbs, it is counteractive to your purpose. A cooler full of healthy treats will help you stick to your goal...even if you just throw in some lean cusine, it is better than what you are doing now.0
