About 3 years ago i ripped my calf muscle (the bottom has completely removed from the rest ) it has always hurt with exercise but no unbearable UNTIL................

I started the 30 Day shred. my calf is absolutely killing me and i have been advised not to carry on with it, im gutted i was really enjoying it and i only got to do 2 days. ;(.
