I've been walking very briskly, and am "feeling it" in the tops of my feet, butt and calves the most. Anything I can do for the ache in my feet? That's bothering me the most.

soak in hot water with some olive oil to make the skin smooth. and if you are not disgusted by touching feet, massage them, too0

I use a product from The AIM Companies called Cell Wellness Restorer. It is essentially a mineral bath and soooo soothing! A 30-minute soak and I am good for another round! :happy:0 -
I'd be seeing a podiatrist to check out the way that you walk. I've had problems with my feet in the past (heel spur & joints clicking in and out of place) and a combination of buying the correct shoes, and exercises they seem to have come right. It can be a costly experience, but well worth it.0
