this is the first time I have posted but was wondering if there are any other WLS patients here and what you are doing to maintain or accomplish your weight loss. I am almost 7 years out from RNY gastric bypass. I have done well maintianing my weight loss but am struggling with 10 pounds of baby weight (had a baby boy in july) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
