Exercise for Bed Bound/Wheelchair Bound Young Adult

Hey there! I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of exercise for someone who is in a wheelchair and or stuck in bed most of the time. I have a lot of medical issues but the gist of what limits me from exercise is:
- Constant Intense Chronic Pain 24/7 (sometimes to the point I pass out from it)
- Scoliosis (they really needed to do surgery on it to fix it but couldn't because of this next one...)
- Bone Disease (my bones are literally dicintigrating, my spine and hips are the worse of it)
- Degenerative Disc Disease (my discs are all herniated, bulged, and ruptured)
- Arthritis (again, mainly in my spine and hips but it's in every main joint in my body along with some of the smaller ones)
- Muscle Syndrome/s (always in a constant spasm so they never release, this causes them to atrophy fairly quickly)
- Nerve Irregularities (this can cause temporary paralysis if I move just the wrong way that usually lasts from a few minutes to a few days)
- POTS (this is an issue with my heart and blood capilaries, I pass out whenever I stand and sometimes when I sti up, it just causes my heart to go haywire)
- Hypoglycemia (this isn't too much of a problem except my blood sugar can drop real fast without warning which can put me in a coma and exercise makes this happen faster)
- Musculoskeletal Issues, Neuromuscular Issues, Autonomic Issues, Motor Skills Deterioration, Etc.
- Deafness (I lost it when I was 16 withint a period of four days, I was able to use hearing aids until I was 19, now I'm 100% completely profoundly Deaf)
- Legally Blind (the thing that hurts the most about this is I'm an artist, i have absolutely no night vision so I use a white can if I'm out by myself after dark)
SO, if anyone has any ideas for things I can do from my bed (or my chair on a good day) let me know! I can push through the pain to an extent but after a certain point my body will take over and shut down because of it. I'll also crash pretty hard anywhere from a couple days to a couple months if I push myself too hard even just slightly, so I'll need to do something light.
Thank you so much for reading!

I can identify with many of your ailments. When i was first injured, i was totally paralyzed from the neck down, and in 24/7 pain. I did a lot of electrical stimulation, to contract and release my atrophied muscles. For pain, i did some accupuncture and massage. Have you ever tried either? I know what it's like to have your brain tell your body to do one thing... and your body do something completely different.0

Have you discussed options with your Physical Therapist or Doctor? That'd be my first suggestion of where to ask for help.0

just basic Range of motion is great like lifting legs and arms up and down slowly, crossing leg over to one side and ditto iwth the other.. It sounds silly but thats we do at the hospital passive range of motion google it0

With that list of medical problems, you should only take exercise advice from a physician who is familiar with your medical history.0
