Food in high cholesterol

I made my packed lunch today with 2 boiled eggs, 2 tablespoons of extra light mayo and lettuce, all in a ciabatta roll.
I thought it may be a bit fatty, but I plan on going to the gym after work.
I logged the food in my diary and it shows that I went over my cholesterol limit - only because of eggs. I am now worried, because I have Salad Nicoise planned for dinner and I think I will have to avoid the 1 egg that is in the recipe.
My cholesterol for today is: 390 mg / 300. Should I be worried?
*edit ... the title should have said: Food high in cholesterol ... doh ... too early for decent spelling ... :ohwell:

If it's not on a daily basis, no. It's more the saturated fat in things you need to be worried about when thinking about cholesterol.
