New with an injury

Hi...just joined this morning. I don't want to be the "fat mom" so I need to get back into my routine. I took off the last 5 months from exercising & it sure shows in my body. . I have 5 discs in my upper back/neck area that are slipped & bulged so I cannot do anything strenuous. All I can do is walk & do toning exercises. I like Leslie Sansone's dvd's & will walk 2-3 miles a day then do about 10-15 minutes of toning. It trimmed my body back in the spring when I did it so I NEED to get started again.

  • Hiya ........ I joined last year but didn't get into it so I have started New year ........... I pulled my lower back on Boxing day ... cleaning of all things ...... couldn't move for a few days and now Its very painful so im moving very gingerly .... I have been walking and will start swimming this week .... she says from the couch ........ would you like to be friends ...? .... I need all the help I can get lol x
