I've been on a plateau for 3+ weeks now! I have changed up everything, been drinking a TON of water.
I bought 30 Day Shred to try and change things today was my second day, Thursday was my first.

I am begging any & all of you... HELP! I want to reach my goal before I give in to the frustration.

I just broke a plateau that I have been on for the last 5 weeks. When I first hit it I kept going on like normal and when nothing happened I started taking a few more days off (workouts) during the week and I started a couple of videos, still nothing so I went back to my "normal routine" and this last week I finally broke it. Good luck!!

I know 3 weeks feels like forever, but it's really not. my longest weight plateau so far was 1 month. I have 2 and 3 week ones all the time. Stick with it, maybe up your workouts a little to move things along but for the most part you need to just keep going. the last 10 lbs are the hardest after all.

Just keep on going. We strive for little gains but you must always keep you eye on the big picture. I had a set back last week. Gained 3 pounds even though I had not changed anything I was doing. Stay the course, run the race, and keep your eye on the finish line. You will make it.

Thanks... sorry about the 3 lb set back... but it sounds like you have the right frame of mind to knock those 3 lbs and more out of the park...so to speak. Keep up the good work & thanks for the encouragement!:flowerforyou:
