Since this site is so much a part of my life and has cheered me on I made a confessions vlog today. It is a possible tearjerker as I was in tears making it. It was so cleansing though.

    What a really brave thing to do! We all have emotional issues we are dealing with. By opening up about them you can learn to let go of the past and move on and become stronger. It looks like you are majorly on the right track!!! Congrats on losing 93 pounds- you have to be so proud of yourself!!!!!!!! xo
