Today, I completely pigged out. I woke up this morning feeling better from the flu and literally ate everything in my fridge. Idk if it was because I hadn't been eating while I was sick, or what.
Didn't even bother to log my calories today.
Guess I'll just jump on board tomorrow and make sure I double my work outs.

I started eating on a salad plate, it's hard but it's working. I love walking and I try to do it everyday. I walk with my Doxie. He helps keep me thinner. Drink lot and lots of water, it helps with hunger. Sometimes when you think you're hungery, you're actully thirsty. Hope this helps.0

Sometimes a 'pig out' is not as bad as we think. Tomorrow is a new day. :flowerforyou:0
