well ive just joined yesterday and started my diet today. and i have to say im loving this site i also have it on my phone and adding what u have eaten is so easy u just scan it im well happy about that :) im on here as i would like to lose 3 stone and would like to do it before my hoils in may. also i like meeting new people who have weight to lose to share tips with and to know ur not on your own. so good luck all and i hope u reach ur goals :) x

    Welcome!
    Be sure to do the footwork before jumping into that 1200 calorie day.

    Goto http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ and do the military body fat tool then the BMR tool.
    This will help you set caloric intake for the day.

    Then customize MFP so your protein is appx 1g per lean body weight and fat should be .45-.60g per lean body weight.
    This will set up an environment for maximal weight loss without losing too much lean mass.
