Last week I was doing amazing until the weekend came, and then i feasted on chocolate and wine and ended up being over 600 calories my weekly goal! However, now is a new week and im defos planning on staying under my calorie goal for the 7 days. Has anyone got any tips on what to eat? Something cheap that doesnt contain a lot of fat or calories? Ive been living off greek salads, love them but getting bored of it now.

Same here - i have seriously overeaten and drank for too long over the holidays and today is my fresh start day!!

My favourite healthy things to eat are:

Breakfast - Poached egg on toast
Snacks - Carrot sticks dipped in humous/low fat yoghurts/fruit
Lunch - Soup or salads (chicken, cous cous, ham, egg etc)
Dinner - Chicken & vegetable stirfry and wholemeal rice

The cheapest way to eat is to cook bulk meals like stews/bolognese/soup etc and freeze them. You could buy yourself a whole chicken and roast it on a sunday and that provides you chicken to go with various meals for a few days.

    Good luck!
