Both caffine and carb withdrawal will cause headaches. Been there, lived through both. I found the carb headaches worse and they took longer to get rid of (over a week). Can't see your diary so I don't know what you're eating (or not eating). Caffine is my vice of choise so I gave up on giving up that. I try to keep my carbs very low and even when I fall off the wagon briefly (I had pasta and bread yesterday), I get a headache the next day when I pull off them.

I actually have an appt later this afternoon because they have been pretty bad!

You should allow us to see what you eat.
Hormonally, when you start a diet you go a little crazy! It takes appx 2 weeks to assimilate into the new lifestyle and sometimes this stuff happens!

How many calories are you allowing yourself daily?
    If its 1200 its wrong.
Are you eating enough protein, fat, carbs?
Are you eating the proper carbs to get the job done?

You can set your food diary to public (where we all can see) or private, where only you can see it. Generally when you are asking for advice, people like to see your food diary so they can see what you've been eating and point out where you may be going wrong. A lot of times the answer is right there.

You should rest up first , then worry about this later.
