Hi,
Can anyone with more experience than me advise me in the following:
I am about to enter my first 10K race  To date, I have only ever ran 10K three times (just measuring with my Garmin) - my times were 1hr17, 1hr 13, and 1hr15. So what would you advise I should say is my estimated running time? The race is in May, so I am wondering if I should go for 1hr10-1hr15, or just stick to 1hr15-1hr20 that I am doing now.
What would you do?
Sue
p.s. I know I'm slow!!
