Dress hasn't fit since 2003 but fit today!!! PIP

I haven't worn this dress in years (truthfully, don't know why I bought it because it is all the wrong colors for me) but I held on to it just because I used it over the years to gage my weight gain/loss.
I tried it on today and I got it zipped. It still is a little snug for wearing out in public, but fit okay for picture taking.
