Can't eat fruit???

I'm having a hard time logging fruit. I feel like whenever I eat fruit, I have to really limit it or I'll go over my sugar consumption for the day. Other foods naturally have sugar in it, but when I log fruit it almost always puts me in the red! How do you guys fit your fruit in without going over your sugar?

This is why I don't track my sugars anymore...fruits are good and healthy for you and I eat them daily, if you are worried about sugars limit those from processed foods and candy.0

Fruits are really good for you! I try to stick to ones lower in sugars such as berries, apples, clementines, etc. But I don't really worry about sugars from fruit; I just cut out processed food, candy sugars0

I don't track sugar, as long as it's from healthy sources. It is included in the carb count.0

If most of your sugar comes from natural, whole foods don't worry about it. Unfortunately you can't break out natural vs. refined sugars, they're all lumped together. That's why I don't track sugar...I just know it's mostly coming from fruits, vegetables, milk, etc.0

I totally agree! I hate to see that red number. I only like red numbers for fiber and protein. So I just took out sugar all together. I get almost all of my sugar from fruit. As long as I know, that's enough for me.0

Ok, the whole natural vs. refined thing makes perfect sense! I wish it did separate natural from refined, I just hate going over on sugar! But if it's from fruits, I'll try my best to look past that red number. Thanks guys!0
