Best way to tone back of thighs?

I'm a bit stuck with my thighs right now... What exercise is best for toning them up?

    Squats, leg presses, lunges, step ups, bulgarian squats, leg curls, stiff legged dead lifts..........just to name a few.

    the aforementioned exercises...and 10-15 second all out sprints (with a rest period in between each sprint).

    Full squats. As in - your hamstrings should touch your calves.

    i have found that the above exercise helps also what i have found is running, walking, stepping and dancing. anything where you can use your legs for.

    * squats
    * deadlifts
    * static lunges
    * step-ups

    All with heavy weights! You will strengthen your thighs but you won't necessarily make them smaller until you reduce your overall body fat percentage.

    And don't be afraid of weights. I lift heavy and I don't think I look like a man :wink:
