Hi,

Its been a while, and I'm hoping that by posting I'll be embarassed if i just disappear again without trying. I reached my goal in Dec/07 and all was going extremely well. I got a new job in May/08 and have put the whole 15 lbs back on. My job is great but stressful, (I eat lunch with one hand and type with the other) my hours are long and there are a lot of yummy catered meetings and eating out.
I have stopped eating healthy, working out and I'm lucky if I get in a glass of water a day. Coffe is my new fluid .

I've tried over the past few months to log in but I'm just so busy and cant find the time to be so strict like before. Counting calories takes time and effort and I dont want to live off of frozen dinners.

I know none of you can help me pull it together or force me to take time to log in, but I'm hoping to continue to join you all again for round two.

If anyone has some guidance for maximizing my time with logging in, all suggestions welcome

Anne
