Do I need to be eating even MORE calories?

I upped my calories to maintenance for my goal weight (around 1700-1800) and am trying to create my deficit solely through exercise. I run 20 -30 miles a week, try to lift 2x per week, bike 1 x per week and yoga 1 x per week.
Last week, I took 2 days fully off of exercise and lost almost 2 pounds, as soon as I started exercising again my weight shot right back up. This seems to be a pattern I've noticed over the last year. When I was injured and couldn't run last spring my weight finally went down to 147. As soon as I started again I fluctuate between 148 and 150. And that is exactly the same weight that I've fluctuated between for the last year and a half. There has been no change from when I wasn't logging calories in the first place.
So is the writing on the wall that I need to eat more all of the time? I just don't know anymore. Nothing seems to be working and I am frustrated beyond all belief right now. In the beginning of December I was eating closer to 1900 -2000 and didn't notice weight go down then either.
MTA: I am 31 years old, 5' - 3 1/2, weigh 148-150. Thanks in advance!
