I started Myfitnesspal a couple of years ago and didn't really use the site to it's fullest potential. So, here I am again. :). What a great support group! I'm hoping to lose about 50 pounds overall. And I'm in no rush. I've learned with all my yo-yo dieting that my goal HAS to be lifestyle change and NOT crash diet. I've defeated myself so many times that I've nearly given up. HOWEVER, hope springs eternal, and so do my weight loss goals. I'm in it to win it... not for just the next couple of months, but for the long haul. So, with that said, thanks in advance for this site, for the many supporters who are so uplifting, and for bringing accountability to the forefront in such a tangible way!:wink:
