Hi there
this is the first time i have decided to take advantage of the messageboard and see if i can get some buddies to help suport me on this journey. I am 32 and i work as a cook in Ottawa Ontario Canada. I am 215 lbs and would like to be down to 165 lbs buy the end of 2012. But i would really like to be under 200 lbs before my husband and I go on a trip in May to Las Vegas. I have flirted with being under 200 lbs last year then hit that plateau and quit. I have now added another 15lbs that i need to get rid of.
Hope I can get some suport
