I am so enthused by this program!! I am exceeding my goals, even when I goof up on one day. I simply adjust the next (I'm never too far off, so that's not too hard to do). But keeping both a food diary AND and exercise diary have been extraordinarily helpful. Hope everyone has the same GREAT result. Peace - Father Tom
