Hitting up the Indian restaurant for lunch today, was wondering if anyone could suggest or inform me on the healthiest options.... obviously, chicken in a vat of cream and yogurt isn't the best food choice but maybe you know something I don't know.
THANKS!

Tandoori chicken is really your best bet. Also instead of naan, get a whole wheat roti no butter and the yogurt is actually good for you. It is usually full fat but Indian yogurt is similar to greek, lot sof protien.0

As he said a roti or even a chapati isn't anywhere near as bad as naan. I'd also agree with the tandoori, then it's just all herbs and spices. I love the lamb chops tandoori style as well they're incredible and they aren't bad either.0
