well, what do you like? Some of my items i buy regularly are:

    Reduced fat peanut butter
unsweetened almond milk (non dairy, 35 cals, great for cereal or protein shakes)
    Fiber one cereal
greek yogurt (snacks, on fajitas or potatoes instead of sour cream, also on sandwiches)
roasted red pepper hummus (dip for veggies, crackers or on sandwiches)
Thomas Bagel Thins, wheat (love these for a sandwich with cheese, ham, hummus and sliced cucumbers!)
    cucumbers
    tomatoes
    salad greens
    reduced fat swiss cheese
    Amy's texas veggie burgers
    string cheese 2%
    apples
    clementine oranges

hmm, thats it for now, those are the things i buy pretty much every week

    also boneless skinless chicken breast
    rice cakes
Special K cracker chips (a serving is 27, and just over 100 cals or so!)
for ham i usually get russer honey roasted ham...on the sandwich i described in my other comment it comes to a total of about 310 cals and it is sooooo good!
    sometimes grapes
we just started adding shredded carrot to our salads. i dont love it, but dont hate it
oscar mayer turkey bacon bits (20cals)
walmart brand light honey dijon salad dressing, or kraft light italian
  • I eat a lot of fresh vegetables and limit my fruit to only 2 peices a day. Fruit is high in carbs and sugars so they are not really friendly when you are trying to lose weight.
For a bit of a treat I eat Lindt Mint Dark Chocolate (3 squares) which is only 143 calories and can give you the sugar fix you may crave.
If you are sick of eating salad all the time, try having steamed vegetables, grilled (with no oil on a gridle) vegetables like asparagus, brocolini, cherry/grape tomatoes and mushrooms - they are really tasty with a small steak, chicken or fish.

I like to buy bulk popcorn. You can throw it in a paper lunch bag, roll down the top and pop like normal pre-packaged. Zero salt, zero fat, zero preservatives! Plus, it's crazy cheap. You can buy a whole pound for less than a dollar.

I like to top it with nutritional yeast (tastes like parmesan!) a sprinkle of olive oil and a tiny bit of salt.

    Also baby carrots, and hummus.
