So I bought my first workout videos today. I take a hip hop group class in the basement of my dorm, and it's a ton of fun. So I tried this hip hop party one (which I looked up and reviewers on amazon said it was good). I felt...stupid. She kept reminding me that it was a party, and to have fun, and burn calories. I just felt like an idiot and wanted to throw something at her to make her stop reminding me that I'm working out just when I'm starting to have fun! :noway:

Are all workout videos like this? I felt like I'd rather have "real music" (by a famous artist that we would all recognize) and a dance routine that is invigorating but fun. Any advice?:flowerforyou:

I get a lot of mine off beachbody .com

    They have lots of variety.
For music I'd pick one by Shawn T.(HipHopAbs/Rockin Body) or Chalean (TurboJam)

Thanks for the suggestions! I've heard of TurboJam before... What is it?
