I just came back to this site after about 4 months of ignoring it! Im back and ready to go!!
....But I need lots of friends to keep me motivated!

    You can add me as a friend. I will be glad to do what I can to keep you motivated. I need lots of motivation too. I get very little from my household. Nothing like that for a hopeless feeling. I first joined about 2 years ago. My participation was sporadic so I have not made a lot of progress. I am now giving it another shot. I have lost 12 pounds and several inches. IN IT TO WIN IT this time. I have at least 38 pounds to go. This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE not a diet for me. "Diet" is a nasty 4 letter word that I refuse to make part of my life. I hope you feel similar. Best of luck!
  • I hope you got lots of folks adding to your motivation. Accountability really works.

    I got a new program and am working on my eating. I do pretty good food-wise. Life seems to hit and I get very busy, but I know that is not an excuse for lack of exercise and eating right. No more fast food joints for me as well. After I've seen what they do to the food before it gets to me, I just can't go back. Not for chicken, not for beef, not even for the salad. I'm staying away!!! (okay, maybe an ice cream from braums -- only as a treat and on rare occasions)!
