I will be 40 this year and I would really like to lose 10 pounds and get back into shape. I have enjoyed being active for the past 10 years- have done some runs, a couple small triatholons. But the past 9-10 months I have lost all my enthusiasm. If you are looking for someone to cheer for you, let's join together and make this more fun! I feel like I just wrote an ad for the "personal" section in a newspaper.

After having 3 kids, 2012 is a new and fresh start for me. My goal is to lose 40-60 lbs and not to quit.. Motivating others is always a great way to help lose weight and keep it off..0
