Count it seperately is what I would do. First the Meat, then the cheese.
Example:
Beef - Ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled (hamburger) 3 oz = Calories 230
Kraft Singles - American Cheese 1 slice = Calories 70
That's the great thing about MYFITNESSPAL is so many people use it all you have to do is put in Brand, type, or other key words and the database 9.99 times out of 10 will have what you are looking for. Easy Peasy!0 -
you can use the recipe builder on the site. Just put in the recipe and how many servings it is and that will break the nutrition down for you/serving.0

How do I know how many oz?0

Either read the lable, and see how many oz. there are in the package, and then divide by how many burgers you are making, or put some money into a food scale. They are a great tool.0
