Just wondering if it's just me.... or.... has anyone else realized that the week or so before TOM it is harder to breathe while working out? I have tracked my average pace while running, and I am definitely slower and struggle more during this time. My best runs seem to be the week after TOM.
Am I just imagining these changes in my body? Just curious..... if you experience the same thing, have you come up with anything to make it easier, or... do you just "deal with it"???

I have noticed I'm more prone to side stitches in the week prior or the week of TOM. So probably not all in your imagination0

When training my performance goes right down at that time of the month. I usually make things easier because otherwise I end up giving up. I used to think I was going backwards and not getting fit - it took me a while to realize it was PMS and our bodies do actually work harder at this time.0
