This is a variation of "The Cabbage Soup Diet" soup. I don't necessarily follow the diet, but this is really easy to make and is yummy & filling! And the best part is you can eat a TON without sacrificing calories (2 cups = 64 calories)
24 cups water
(3) 48 oz. cans College Inn Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth
24 Wyler's Instant Bouillon Chicken Cubes
6 Wyler's Instant Bouillon Beef Cubes
1 medium/large cabbage head, chopped largely
1 large bag baby carrots
1 large yellow onion, chopped thickly
14 stalks celery, chopped into bite-sized pieces
10 green onions, chopped (entire stalk)
1 head endive, chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
(2) 10 oz. cans Rotel - Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
(1) 14.5 oz can Redpack - Petite Diced Tomatoes With Onion, Celery & Green Pepper
1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup salt
Black pepper
Tabasco sauce
Crushed red pepper
Garlic salt
Cayenne pepper
Parsley flakes (fresh or dried)
2 Bay leaves
Pour liquids into a large stock pot. Add bouillon cubes - stir until dissolved. Add all veggies, remaining ingredients & spices/seasonings (to taste). Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat and let simmer (stirring occasionally) for a few hours.
