Does anyone do this? I started taking classes, they are quite challenging, but the results and the feeling is simply amazing. A 90 minute class burns 800-1200 calories depending on weight, effort, etc. I have no idea how to log this in, how to track etc. Nothing in the exercise database come even close. Help! If anyone else does this typo of thing, please share how you log it in...
