Frustrated!!!!

I have been stuck at 15lbs for 4wks... I just want to lose 5 more and the scale is not moving! Any tips to help me jump start my weight loss again????

    Remember how far you've come and stick with it! Some recommendations I've heard for busting through plateaus are having a few higher calorie days (where you're eating maintenance calories or a little over) or bumping up the intensity of your workouts. Haven't tried any of these personally, but they seem to work for others.

    I assume you mean stuck at 15 lbs lost so far.

    What is your weight loss goal on here set at? Lose 1 lb per week, 2 lbs per week? How many calories are you eating per day? Are you eating your exercise calories?

    I would recommend, with only 5 more lbs to lose, set your goal to lose 1/2 lb per week. Heck, I'd even start eating at maintenance with only 5 more lbs to lose. You would be surprised how that can help some people lose those last few lbs.
