How to classify this...?

So I just did the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 3 Miles Super Fat Burning DVD and I'm not sure how to classify this workout. I don't think I would say this is just a walk. You are doing knee lifts, kick backs, side steps, arms lifts, and then for two miles you are using weights and doing arm curls, lifting your arms out to your sides, and up over your heads while holding the weights, and still doing all the "walking" movements. How would you classify this? It was 3 miles in 45 minutes.

Thanks y'all

I agree. You may also want to consider getting a heart rate monitor so you can get a more accurate estimate of the calories you are burning. I have an old Polar T31, but I've seen a lot of people recommending the FT4. They can be a little pricey, but if you look online, you can get a great deal. I love mine.
  • I would love to get a HRM but right now I can't afford it :( I'm really having financial difficulties, and even affording healthy food (let alone any food has been an issue) so that's going to have to wait for a little while. But thanks for the suggestion! I will totally look into as soon as I can :)

    Circuit Training it is!

i would classify it as a walk...in my opinion, you should be conservative with how much you say you burn and round up the calories you eat.
