I didn't play with the ingredients list.
There may be healthier options to use, but I wanted to keep it to the original for members to play with.

I am new to this but have a question, um in this area shouldnt we be posting low cal recipies to aid us in our weight loss?0
-
I hate to break it to you, but 300 calories for the occasional dessert is not bad.
When looking at traditional desserts, they are usually between 500-1000 calories (depending on what it is). So although 300 may seem high, in the world of desserts it's not.0 -
Like Bunny said, you can easily make this healthy on your own. There are forum rules, but keeping all the food mentioned healthy isn't one of them. Using fat free sweetened condensed milk would cut calories.0

Also there are some of us that are maintance calories that can easily afford a 300 calorie dessert.... Thanks Bunny.....0

yup, I'm not even on maintenance and I could sure go for a 300 cal tart like those :flowerforyou: omg, chubby, I think i am going to have to stop looking at your recipe posts! They all sound too damn yummy :ohwell:0

I try to keep them "healthier" for me... that is below 400 calories. I mean they have to be WOW if they are over 400 to get me to post em.
***Random side note about recipe.... can you imagine ripe strawberries or blackberries instead of raspberries! YUM!!!0
