First Time

Hi,

This is my first time trying to track my weight loss. It was really a tough year (weight wise) last year. So many obstacles and I want to start out the year new with a goal in mind. My plan is to try and lose 10 lbs a month and be down 50 lbs by my birthday in May. Any encouragement is welcome. My toughest thing at this time is getting my exercise in. Any suggestions.
