just curious to see if anyone has tried hypnosis?? does it work!! ive downloaded gastric band hypnosis but keep falling asleep lol

    I did... it was quite some time ago. We were told to envision the grossest thing imaginable to us and associate it with food. mine was dog puke. Couldn't sit down to dinner without the thought, smell, etc. overcoming me. It took no time at all to realize that food to eat wasn't actually dog puke though and BAM I was back to 'normal'.... Go for the laugh, not for the results and you'll be fine! :laugh:
