I use Crystal Light Pure once in a while and count it as water.0

Does the mio change it to a water-free solid?0

Mio flavors and colors the water. I wasn't sure if changing the color of the water mattered. It contains no calories, carbs, etc.0

There's just as much water in the container as there was before you added the Mio eh? . . . That's how I think about it. I have a hard time drinking straight water so to get my water needs in I have to Mio it up!
The only yuck thing about it is it contains Sucralose . . not a lot but enough to taste and it IS an artificial sweetener . . :ohwell:0 -
Gosh I hope so because I drink a whole hell of a lot of it- the only way I drink water! (besides crystal light....or tea... or any of those "0" drinks vitamin water and such) :laugh:0
