Is it true that the less you eat, the more your stomach will shrink? I heard that this will happen and cause you to feel full faster. Fact or fiction?

I don't know if "medically" speaking your stomach ACTUALLY shrinks, but I know that after doing this for a couple of weeks I noticed I was able to get fuller with smaller meals, but I think this also has to do with eating actual REAL food as opposed to the crap i was eating...

No, once you reach adulthood your stomach pretty much remains the same size, although it can expand somewhat to accomodate larger meals, it doesn't shrink when eating less. The reason people start feeling fuller after a smaller meal is because you're resetting your "appetite sensor" so to speak.
