    Holy #$%&!!!! Made these and they are GOOD! I was thinking they wouldn't get crisp but they did, came out of the muffin tins easy and they are good hot or cold. They can be reheated in the microwave too, didn't get overly soggy. Definitely in my recipes.

    you are all welcome! glad everyone is enjoying them so much. they can definitely be customized. i don't always make them exactly to the recipe. sometimes i use ground turkey, ground beef, or meatless boca crumbles.
