i dont see why it couldnt change
turkey and beef have a similar taste with the taco seasoning. You could probably even use .ground chicken or chicken chunks/ 0 -

Sound delish! I was addicted to the lasagna 'cupcakes' last year for a while- so easy for lunches! These sound awesome, too... I think I'll make them with chicken, though. Maybe add peppers and call it a fajita
