Scottish female looking to shape up

Hi All,

Signed up to this after a recommendation from a friend.

After 3 years in a happy relationship, too many meals out, nights out and nights in with takeaways have taken their toll. I used to compete in Tae-kwondo so have a naturally muscular physique which is now covered with a layer of podge.

I'm now up to my heaviest weight of 14st after adopting poor eating habits and neglecting exercise.

Hoping to slim down to around 9st or 9.5st by eating healthily and up-ing my levels of movement.

    I like the fact that my food intake and exercise can be made public. It should be a good boot up the *kitten* if people can see it!! I think my biggest problems are picking at things (a biscuit here, a bit of chocolate there) which all add up and I work in an office so very little movement during the day.

    What is your plan for shaping up? :)
