Do you weigh yourself before or after you workout?

Do you weigh yourself before or after you workout? Just a question because would you regard water weight and other factors?

Feel free to add me, I'm new to MFP.

    i weigh my self 2ce in a day. when i fist get up after been fir wee, then i normally have a bowl movement about 45 mins after i wake up so i weigh my self then aswell. dont know why tbh thats just the way ive always done it lol
  • Weigh yourself once a week early in the morning (Monday is my preference) before you eat or drink fluids and after you have used the bathroom. No need to weigh yourself after you workout, because you've already (hopefully) eaten and have consumed a ton of fluids.
