Does anyone know if the calorie details on the back on a packet of pasta is cooked or uncooked weight as it really does not make it clear? For example it says ... Nutritional value (when cooked as directed)
100g 346 kcal
(just an example!) So is that 100g before I cook it or 100g worth after cooking? Am confused! Thanks!

Unless you cook it until raw... then the values are wrong because you rawed it til you cooked it. So, it should be "when directed as raw".0
