how long do you keep logging in MFP

I kept logging for about 6 monthes and lost 18lbs and met my goal. I found now I don't have motivation to keep logging, because after logging for 6 monthes, I kind of know how much calories I consume each day based on the past experience. And seems I don't have much food variety so I can remember the calories for each food I ate.

but I keep weighting my self everyday. Any suggestion on this?
